These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pa365 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using pa365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and pa365 (hereinafter referred to as "pa365", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with your use of the pa365 online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://pa365.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
pa365 is an English-language platform targeting users in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to creating an account or participating in any gaming activity. pa365 does not claim licensing, authorisation, or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity in Pakistan. Participation is at your own risk and responsibility. These Terms do not override applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on pa365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: pa365 will verify your age and identity as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited pending investigation. This is a firm policy with no exceptions.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pa365 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other service. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
You must notify pa365's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pa365 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious login activity is detected.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pa365 support. pa365 reserves the right to close or suspend an Account at its discretion, including for breaches of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds will be processed in accordance with the Deposits & Withdrawals section below.
pa365 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before permitting withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued deposits or access to full Platform features. This obligation exists to prevent underage gambling, identity fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
You may be requested to submit the following documentation:
Document Integrity: You must never submit altered, edited, cropped, or otherwise modified identity documents. All documents must be authentic originals. Submitting falsified documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
pa365 will process fully completed KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24–72 hours under normal operating conditions. Incomplete submissions or documents that fail quality checks will extend this period. Users will be notified of the outcome and any additional requirements via the registered email address.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. pa365 references common Pakistani payment channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as USDT and BTC — for user education purposes. The actual availability of any specific payment method is determined solely by the live cashier, and pa365 makes no guarantee that all referenced methods will be operational at all times.
Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity. Third-party deposits — payments from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and fund forfeiture.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method and Account tier. pa365 does not guarantee specific processing times for any payment method, as these depend on external providers and banking systems.
Withdrawals are only available to Users who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must meet any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds as published in the cashier. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
pa365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are grounds to suspect fraud, AML violations, or a breach of these Terms. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
PKR Transactions: Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as a display or transaction currency, exchange rates and conversion fees — if applicable — will be disclosed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
All bets placed on pa365 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules shall prevail.
pa365 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.
No Guaranteed Returns: Bonus offers do not guarantee any net financial return to the User. Wagering requirements mean that statistical outcomes will determine whether bonus conversion results in a net gain or loss. Play within your means.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pa365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balance:
All content on the pa365 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, odds presentations, and the "pa365" brand name — is the intellectual property of pa365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from pa365.
You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes. Screen-scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa365's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

pa365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pa365 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform's notification system and/or the registered email address, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available Balance before the effective date.
The current version of these Terms, along with its effective date and version number, will always be available at https://pa365.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pa365 holds its operating licence. This does not override the applicability of mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's own jurisdiction where those laws cannot be contractually excluded.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through pa365's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies specified under the Platform's licensing framework.
For Pakistani Users: these Terms do not create any rights or remedies under Pakistani law that do not otherwise exist. The applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial gambling legislation is not affected by these Terms. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding their own legal position.

Each player may hold only a single Account. Duplicate accounts will result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances, including winnings.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated with at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via the Platform and your registered email, before they take effect.
